Picture

Here is the only picture I have of my dad holding Beau....

Beau\\\'s Papa holding him for the first time!!!

That picture was taken before Beau was even a month old. I can\'t wait for my dad to see him tomorrow!!!

Good News

My dads MRI of his neck came back showing the screws in his plate were not loose. It did however, show he had some inflammation around the plate. They gave him some stronger meeds and sent him home and told him to come back in two weeks if it doesn't get any better. They said they may have to go back in and fuse another nerve together or something. I just wish they would to a MRI of his entire head and not just his neck!!! I mean geez!!! This is a persons life we are talking about and he is in pain!!! I hate knowing or seeing someone in pain! Hopefully this gets better and they won't have to do anything. I'm sure dad was outside doing things in his yard that he isn't suppose to be doing!!!! Lifting, bending, etc.!!! He stays outside and loves messing with his chickens! He's got to realize he is getting on up there in age and can't be doing the things he use too.

We will be leaving in the morning to go visit with him for the day. I pray we have a safe trip and he is feeling better!

My Daddy

My daddy is not feeling well. I called him Monday and he sounded like I had woke him up from a nap but he was not sleeping. He has been having severe pain in the back of his head. He went to the doctor and they sent him for some lab work, told him they wanted to schedule a MRI, and sent him home with pain pills and muscle relaxiers. Really?!?! My thought is .....never play around with severe headaches!!! He doesn't have the best family medical history either! He has had a lot of siblings pass away from some kind of cancer!

My dad is always outside doing something! Wether it's messing with his chickens or piddling around outside he is always up early and outside a lot. If he doesn't go outside for 2 days...you know something is wrong!!! This is what I was told last night! He hadn't been outside for 2 days and was really sick.

Dad fell off a pretty tall ladder back in 2006 or 04... Not sure about the year but he was trying to saw some limbs out of a tree. Well he fell and messed his shoulder up and hurt his neck. They put a plate in his next with screws. This is why the doctors "think" he is having bad headaches. He also has really bad arthritis. I'm praying it is the plate and they can go in and tighten the screws up and be done!!!

We were planning on going to visit him this Sunday. Praying nothing happens between now and then. We are waiting on a call now to hear what the doctor said. If I have to go before Sunday, I will.

Keep you posted!

Friday nights we usually go out to eat with Jeremy's parents. Last night his sister and husband joined us with their kids. We went to the local BBQ joint in our small town, Stone E Cabin. Their BBQ isn't that great but we love their steaks and wings, yummO!!!

Fall Pictures

We had our Fall Pictures done about 2 or so weeks ago. They were suppose to be early but the date changed because of the weather. So, of course I wait to the last minute to get something for me to wear! As always!! I go shopping anytime and finds tons of things as long as it's not for some certain event or occasion! If I'm looking for something to wear out I can't find anything!!!!! It's horrible! So when I found out the pictures were post pone for 2 weeks I was sooo excited since I have not went shopping yet!!

Anyway, the day before our pictures I went shopping...dreading it the entire drive over to town (we live out in BFE by the way) I went to my favorite store first, Maurices. I looked around for about a minute or 2 and then the sales lady came up to me and asked me if I was looking for something special (I'm thinking...Lady there is nothing you can help me with I'm sure of it!Not DRAG TAIL ANNE!!!) but I said, yea maybe...then I proceed to describe Jeremy and Beau's outfit (dummy me left them at home) she said I think I have something right over here.....walked over picked it up...I said I think this might actually work! Tried it on and it looked great! Got a few other things to go with it...camisole & jewelry and I was out of there within 20 minutes or even less!!! I was one happy girl walking out of that store! I had to run into another store to grab a white long sleeve onesie for Beau and I was D.O.N.E!!!!

The next morning was our pictures and we had to be there by 10:00 a.m. I got up early before Beau and Jeremy woke up to get a shower. Then I we got Beau up and bathed him and feed him. I only put a diaper on him because I didn't want him to spit up on his outfit because I only had one outfit for him! While we were finishing up getting ready I put him in his walker (that doesn't move) jumpy entertainment thingy...LOL in the living room with the TV on. I was going to dress him 15 minutes before we left the house! I was getting dress, Jeremy was going out to load up the car, then....I hear Jeremy say, "uhhmm, we have a Major problem" I'm like what?!?! I walk in the living room and he points to Beau. I look and was in shock!!! Beau was bouncing up and down in his own POOP!!!!! A big puddle of it too!!! All on the wood floor!!! It stunk to high heaven in there....I was like...O.M.G!!! We don't have time for this! So, I went to change close so I didn't get any on my outfit. Then we put Beau back in the bath to get washed! His feet were covered in poop! I dressed him and while I was doing all this, Jeremy was cleaning the poop off the wood floor which took about 10 minutes because it was all in the cracks too! We both were about to throw up from the smell! We didn't think it was funny at the time but as we drove to Callahan we laughed about it! It was the funniest thing that it only got on the floor but not down his leg or on the seat he was sitting and bouncing in...strange but I'm glad it worked out that way...LOL I just knew we were going to be late but we made it on time!

Here are a few pics from that morning:

WOW, this took me a week to get this post posted! Our Mifi doesn't work worth a flip! Got to get it changed soon!!!

Hope ya'll like the pictures. Which one is your favorite?

Halloween ,Fall Festival, and carving pumpkins!

October 1 through February is my favorite time of the year. I love the cooler weather, I love fall, I love Halloween, I love Thanksgiving, I love Christmas, I love football, I love the holidays and spending it with family and friends, I love bonfires, and I love oysters!!!!! If I left something out I will let you know, LOL

I start getting so excited when October rolls around. I love Halloween and dressing up, even though I haven't dressed up in years!!! So, that's why I can't wait until next year when Beau is old enough to enjoy Halloween. We dressed him up this year but didn't take him Trick or Treating because 1. he can't eat candy at his age and 2. we didn't need the candy in the house for us to eat!!!

So we just took him to the Church Fall Festival on Halloween night. Here is a few pics for that night:

Having Fun :))

Saturday night (I'm going backwards through the weekend for some odd reason) our neighborhood did their Trick or Treating/hay ride. We had to rush home because we were at our friends house watching the BIG game, GA/FL ...How 'bout them Dawgs!!!! YAY!!!!! Beau was a little grumpy when we picked him up to take him home but quickly got happy after giving him his blanket. It was a cold evening and was a great night to ride the hay ride. So I dropped Jeremy & Beau off down the street to ride but there were to many kids on it so him and Beau walked to the house. My mom and her friend, Rick, rode over to help out. Here are a few pics of use waiting for the lil monsters to get here...LOL

Our house all lit up!

Jeremy is proud of his team!!!

My boys!

Beau looks like he is sleeping but he just blinked!

We didn't get any pictures of us actually handing the candy out becuase we were all busy doing a job. Mom & I were handing out the candy and my moms friend, Rick, was taking care of Miley (the dog) and Jeremy was standing at the gate making the kids say, "Go Dawgs" before entering...LOL (if you're wondering, all the kids come at the same time because they ride on the hay ride...and there is always 20-30 kids eager to get some candy)

The Saturday before my mom and Asutin came over and we carved pumpkins. Had a good time too and they turned out great except for Beau's. His was so little scrunched up together you couldn't tell what it was :( next year we will get him a bigger pumpkin!!!!

G.G & Austin

Getting ready to "help" carve his pumpkin :))

Beau finally woke up and with some "wild" hair...LOL

Puttin' him to work...he wanted to play...we let him play most of the time but I wanted him to do a little carving too ;))

Jeremy worked really hard on all the pumpkins!!! Thank you babe!!!

Well, I have made a mess below with the pictures but I was trying to make them smaller so this post would not be so long. Guess I failed!!!! Starting with the first pic,: Mine is the witch that Jeremy help carve, Then Jeremy's is the scary looking face, the one with all the holes I did for Miley, and Beau's is the next one that is not lit up, and Austin's is a monster...so cute!!!
